She is survived by: her spouse Oscar L. Foy, Jr. of Winston-Salem; and her daughters, Capri G. Foy of Winston-Salem and Lorri A. Foy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored their "Aunt Cat"; and a host of cousins, relatives, extended family, former students, wonderful neighbors and friends.
