She was predeceased by: her father Kyle Bower; her husband Tony Fulp; and her sister Sandra Rice. She is survived by: her mother Nora Belle Sheppard Cromer; her daughters, Maddy Fulp of Walnut Cove, NC and Brittany Fulp of Walnut Cove, NC; and her siblings, Brenda Price of Rich Creek, David Cromer (Sherry) of Narrows, Larry Cromer (Karen) of Christiansburg and Anthony Cromer (Jennifer) of Christiansburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
