He was predeceased by: his parents, John Powell, Sr. and Grace Estell Ellyson Heath; and his siblings, R. C. Heath, Doris Creech and Margaret Crews.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Wright Heath; his sons, Chris Heath (Rebecca) and Greg Smith; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Jacob, Madison, Clarissa and Matthew.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed, and facial coverings are encouraged.
