He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Mabe Bullins; and his brothers, Bobby Gene Bullins and Greer "Pappy" Bullins. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Bullins (Valencia), Greg "Opie" Bullins (Wendy) and Carla Oakley (Wayne); his grandchildren, Matthew Oakley, Adam Oakley (Lauren), Jordan Bullins, Cody Robertson and Spence Robertson; his great grandchildren, Maxton Luke Oakley and Noah Kadren Robertson; and his brothers, Doyle Bullins (Margie) and Billy Ray Bullins (Vickie). He is also survived by many special friends and extended family.
