Grady Cook Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Thomas Walter "Tom" Cook and Lena Mae Mills Cook; his wife Mildred Foxworth Cook; and his sister Libby Cook Gray. He is survived by: his sons, Farrell Cook (Anita) of Rural Hall and Mark Cook (Susan) of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Torium Matthews (Adam) of King, Joshua Cook (Sarah) of Rural Hall, Sidney C. Buffkin (Shannon) of Mount Airy and Colton Cook of Mount Airy; his great grandchildren, Hudson Buffkin, Dylan A. Matthews, Drake A. Matthews and Caitlyn Mulroony; and his brother Barry Cook (Becky) of Clemmons. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
