She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Willard Lewis and Gladys Mae Page Lewis; her husband Ransom; her daughter Ann Lewis Smith Darnell; her son-in-law Thomas W. Darnell; and her sister Mary Kathryn Lewis Neal.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue; her son-in-law R. V. Wall of Rural Hall; her grandchildren, Jennifer Leigh Darnell of Winter Haven, FL., Robert Michael Wall (Amy) of Tobaccoville and Kent Allen Wall (Jessica) of King; and her great grandchild Mallorie Brooke Wall of King.
