He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda (Shawn) and Stacey (Anthony); his girlfriend Jane; his siblings, Ed (Judy), David (Missy), Mary (Rex), Linda (Andy) and Crystal (Jason); his grandchildren, Braydin, Corbin, Brantlee, Pheonix, Easton and Hayven; and his nephew Eddie (Crystal). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
