He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Ray Bullins (Joan Bullins) of Walnut Cove, Danny Clay Bullins of Germanton, Jerry David Bullins (Debbie Bullins) of Walnut Cove and Mike Lee Bullins (Phyllis Bullins) of White Grove, PA; his grandchildren, Jessica Girault, Jayme Everly, Dana Nelson, Emilie Romines, Chad, Clayton and Michael Bullins; and his great grandchildren, Elayna Bullins, Austin Nelson, Logan Nelson and Race Romines. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
