He is survived by: his son Raymond Welch; his grandchildren, Letetra Dalton and Brandi Cooke; his siblings, Lula Price, Ida Hairston, Roosevelt Dalton, Catherine Cole, Daisy Chandler and Shirley Duckins; his wife Ida Welch Dalton; his children, Curtis McKinley Dalton, Gary Wayne Dalton (Lena), Glenda Dorthea Dalton White (Robert), Bernard Fulp (Peggy), Charles Welch (Marvena), Susan Welch Allen (Shawn), Theodore Welch, Lucy Dalton Barnes (Calvin), Tony Dalton, Timothy Dalton (Jessica), Jessie Dalton Roberts (Keith), Rebecca Blue (Ivory), Janet Dalton (Glenn), John Dalton and Donna Dalton; his siblings, Frank Dalton (Mary Pearl), Alice McNeil (Herman), Albert Dalton (Joann) and Betty Ruth Jackson (Ronald); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Ann Welch and Delbert Duckins. He is also survived by 51 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren in addition to beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
