He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Ann King Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Suzanne Hooker Hawkins; his father Chester "Mutt" Hawkins; and his brothers, Jerry (Monique Hawkins), Greg (Suzanne Hawkins) and Jesse (Diane Hawkins). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
