He is survived by: his mother Pauline Edna Melton Mendenhall; his wife Claudia Maribel Urizar Mendenhall; his sons, Charles Mendenhall and Richard Mendenhall; his stepdaughters, Vivian Perez Chandler (Nicholas) and Andrea Perez; and his brothers, Ronnie Mendenhall (Lindy) and Mike Mendenhall.
