With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Heath Nelson (Walnut Cove, North Carolina), born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Edgar Heath and Lucy Lillian Ashby Heath; her husband Rev. Doss Hassell Nelson; her daughter Sherry Ann Nelson; and her brothers, Frank Heath, Monroe Heath, Robert Heath and Billy Heath.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Nelson (Cathy), Eddie Nelson (Mistie) and Ricky Nelson (Susan); her grandchildren, Tonya Forrest (Dale), Stacy Nelson (William), Misty Spencer (Russell), Lee Nelson, Michael White (Tricia), Summer Nelson and Beth Myers (Josh); and her siblings, Kathy Heath Atkins (Jimmy) and Wilson Heath (Carolyn). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
