He is survived by: his wife Michelle Sandifer (Shelly); his children, Brent Sandifer of Winston-Salem and Shannon Sandifer of Greensboro; his sister Mary Lynne Mclintock (Mike Mclintock) of Texas; and his niece Elena Travino.
