He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Alexander Lones; his grandparents, Cora and Rowdy Lones; and his stepbrother Justin Powers. He is survived by: his mother Dana Lynn Smith Spurlock (Christopher) of High Point; his wife Kirstie Smith; his brothers, Westley Lones of Thomasville, Noah Spurlock of Thomasville and Christian Spurlock of High Point; and his grandparents, Donnie and Sherry Smith of Trinity.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

God needed another bike mechanic, When he was small he was always the first one to run up to me and give me a big hug and kiss, He always thought I was his Aunt back then, as a lot of my small cousins did.
