He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Alexander Lones; his grandparents, Cora and Rowdy Lones; and his stepbrother Justin Powers. He is survived by: his mother Dana Lynn Smith Spurlock (Christopher) of High Point; his wife Kirstie Smith; his brothers, Westley Lones of Thomasville, Noah Spurlock of Thomasville and Christian Spurlock of High Point; and his grandparents, Donnie and Sherry Smith of Trinity.

God needed another bike mechanic, When he was small he was always the first one to run up to me and give me a big hug and kiss, He always thought I was his Aunt back then, as a lot of my small cousins did.
