He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Motsinger; his children, Joe Raymond Green, Jr. (Sharon) and Tammy Ann Gabard (Mark); his grandson Brandon Lane Green (Keri); his great grandchildren, Paisley Rose and Maddox James Green; and his stepgrandson Trent Hazzard.
