He was predeceased by: his father William U. Chambers; and his son Richard Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Chrystine L. Chambers; his children, John Chambers (Misty), Raymond "Mike" Chambers (Tana Manring) and Donna Chambers Walker; his grandsons, Nickelos and Alex; his sister Jean Bushawn; and his niece Jackie Self. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
