He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Shively and Virginia Smith Shively; and his brother Harold Lloyd Shively. He is survived by: his daughter Roxanne Shively of Denton; his siblings, Dewey Lester Shively of High Point, Timothy Wayne Shively of Virginia and Regina White (Kevin) of Thomasville; and his grandson Jaden Shively.
