He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Herbert Wheeler, Sr. and Isabell Turner Wheeler. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Mott (Donald), Peggy Newkirk (Donald), Joyce Parker (Randy) and Charles Wheeler (Joan); and his brother-in-law Randy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
