Sholar of Wallace and Melanie Cole of Wallace; his grandchildren, Kristina Cavenaugh (Philip), Kimberly Meshaw (Taylor), Bradley Cole and Amanda Cole; his great grandchildren, Jorja Cavenaugh, Paisley Meshaw, Ryan Cole and Ella Meshaw; his siblings, David Cole (Carol) of Magnolia, Eula Mae Piner of Wallace, Dorothy Noe (Chuck) of Wilmington and Gladys Hull (Mark) of Goldsboro; and his friend Willie. He was also cherished by feline friend, "Penny"; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
