He is survived by: his wife Ruth Blanton McNeil; his children, Thomas Benton McNeil, Jr. (TX) of Katy and Suzanne Agee (Terry) of Martinsville; and his siblings, Greg McNeil of Wallace and Cora Mae Foy of Nine-Mile.
