She was predeceased by: her parents, David Frank and Angela DiCostanzo Smith of Wallace; her grandparents, Maria, Vincent DiCostanzo, Julius Frank and Maude Smith; and her uncle Louis DiCostanzo.
She is survived by: her sister Jennifer Smith of Wallace; her aunt Judith Ruvo of New York; her uncle Donald Smith of Connecticut; her cousin Lucy Fratino of New York; and her friend Theresa.
