It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvania Catherine Johnson of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Carroll Johnson and Irene Mazie Powell; her daughter Tracy Arrington Crystal Murphy (Anthony); her niece Nikki Dixon; and her nephew Nathan Miller.
Sylvania attended Charity high school class of 1960 and she also attended beauty school in Winston Salem NC.
