He is survived by: his parents, Gene Ray and Jacqueline Rackley Parker of Wallace; his wife Windy Douglas Parker; his sons, Jesse Ray Parker and Gabriel Lengkeek of Mt. Olive, NC; his grandson Eli Parker of Mt. Olive, NC.; his sister Faith Parker Precise (Ricky) of Wallace; his niece Erin Precise; his nephew Parker Precise; his sister-in-law Cristi Hamby (Tony); his nieces, Kirra Hamby and Bay Hamby; and his brother-in-law Chuck Douglas.
