He was predeceased by: his father William R. Precise; his grandmother Geneva Carol; his stepfather Orson Matthews; his aunt Mae; his cousin Diane; and his brother-in-law Shawn Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Patsy Matthews of Clinton; his wife Faith Precise (Parker); his children, Erin Precise, Parker Precise of Wallace and Michelle Penczak (Sean) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Jameson Penczak; his sister Sandra Kearns (Keith) of Clinton; his nephews, Matthew Kearns (Jessica), Jesse Parker and Gabriel Lengkeek (Krystal); and his niece Hannah Torres (Corey).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the William Parker Cemetery (817 Deep Bottom Rd, Wallace, NC 28466).
