It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Thomas Kelley of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Larry Thomas Kelley; and his brother Maurice Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Betty Teachey Kelley of Wallace; his wife Teresa Cavenaugh Kelley; his children, Brandon Kelley (Sarah) of Wallace and Courtney Kelley Hollingsworth (Justin) of Wallace; his grandchildren, Isaac Kelley and Lydia Kelley; his sister Susan Kelley Rivenbark (Scottie) of Wallace; his sister-in-law Carol Kelley of Wallace; and his pets, Petey, Izzy and Nina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
