She was predeceased by: her parents, Peachie Ella Pearce Marshburn and Ashley Franklin Marshburn of Onslow County; her husband Norwood J English; her daughter Gwendolyn E. Jones; and her sisters, Eula Mae Davis, Ruby Martin, Queenie Ruth Carrier, Mary Jane Edwards and Maggie Marshburn.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Rivenbark (David), Patsy Conway (Gerald) and Beverly Hyatt (Michael); her grandchildren, Tina Croom, Allen English (Kelly), Mandy Henderson (Jon), Sandy Turner (LH), Dave Rivenbark (Mandy), April Slaughter (Josh), Beth Lavin (Mark) and Madison Hyatt; her siblings, Harold Marshburn (Doris), Janice Summerville and Shirley Richardson (Duane); and also Ann Lee English Floyd. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
