He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon and Harriett Autry Smith Jr.; and his brother Cecil Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, David Smith (Geneva) of Wallace, Johnny Smith (Lisa) of Fayetteville, Ricky Smith (Cindy) of Wallace and Judy Ake of Fayetteville; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
