He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Larry Kelley; and his father-in-law Curly Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Betty Teachey Kelley of Wallace; his wife Carol Watkins Kelley; his children, Briley Kelley (Haley) of Wallace, Brailan Kelley of Wallace and Brianna Kelley (Logan) of Wallace; his siblings, Richard "Ricky" T. Kelley (Teresa) and Susan K. Rivenbark (Scottie); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Kelley (Sarah), Matthew Rivenbark (Kaitlin), Dylan Rivenbark (Sydney), Dustin Watkins (Ashley), Layton Watkins (Mcausey), Courtney Hollingsworth (Justin) and Maggianna Rivenbark; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac Kelley, Lydia Kelley, Hayes Rivenbark and Rowan Rivenbark Scotland Rivenbark; his siblings-in-law, Chris Watkins (Kelly) and Clarissa Watkins; his mother-in-law Catherine Watkins; and his friend Maurice.
