We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2019, at the age of 76, Linwood Carter (Wallace, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Carter and Annie Carter; and his sister Maggie Lou Rivenbark (Ernest). He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
