She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Earl and Mary Elizabeth Giddeons Brock; her husbands, Preston Brown, J. D. Blanton and Charlie Daniels; her siblings, Leslie "Buddy" Brock, Bobby Brock, Pauline Moore and Kenneth Earl Brock; and her son James Earl Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Tyndall (Norman) of Kenansville, David Vance Brown (Sherry) of Wallace and Dennis Ray Brown (Anne Sue) of Rose Hill; and her grandchildren, Georgiana Whaley, Ashley Holmes of Jessica Smith, J. P, Benjamin Bonham, Christal Peterson, Daisy Lee and Chris Tyndall. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
