She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Darden and Jean Pope Darden; her husband Joseph "Joe" Casteen; her son Jacob Leamon Rivenbark; and her sister Debbie Darden Garriss.
She is survived by: her grandson Kaiden Rivenbark of Wallace; her brothers, Anthony Darden (Wanda) of Rose Hill, NC and Rickie Darden (June) of Rose Hill, NC; and her caregiver Tessa Casteen of Wallace. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (472 Wells Town Rd, Rose Hill, NC 28458).
