He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne A. Turner and Annie Bradshaw Turner; his wife Judith Cavenaugh Turner; his son Randall Lee Turner; and his brothers, Wayne Turner, Jr. and Erroll Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Hall (Billy) of Willow Springs, NC; his grandchildren, Scott Turner (Sandra), Jonathan Turner, Alexsandra Lubell (David), Amret Moore (Robert) and Erin Hall; his great grandchildren, Chloe Turner, John Lee Turner, Blake Garner, Kamryn Hall and Bentley Hall; and his sisters, Patricia Strickland (Gene) of Wilmington and Taffy Rivenbark of Wilmington.
