She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica Stephens (Aaron) of Jacksonville and Kelly Nazeworth of Goldsboro; her great grandchildren, Tabitha Stallings, Jason O'Brien, Brantley Stephens, William Patrick Stephens, Ryleigh Stephens and Tabitha Matthews; and her brother J. D. Futrell.
