He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemmie Franklin Holder, Jr. and Audrey Lankford Holder; and his brother Dwight Holder. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Holder (Whitney) of Garner, NC, Brandon Holder (Hilary) of Burgaw, NC and Theresa Somerville (Matthew) of Franklinton, NC; his grandchildren, Emma, Evan Somerville, Connor and Chloe Holder; and his sisters, Sandra Smith (Keith) of King, NC and Janet Cox (Avery) of Pilot Mountain, NC.. He is also survived by father and grandfather and was an anchor for his children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
