It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Sholar (Wallace, North Carolina), who passed away on January 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Melvin and Frances Gertrude Matthews Fussell of Duplin County; her husband William Exum Sholar; her daughter Christy Lynn Sholar; and her siblings, Grace Sasser, Bill Fussell and Frank Fussell.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Wallace First Baptist Church Music Department or the Building Fund for steeple enhancement.
