It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Marie Kane of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Hallinan and Mary Meany Hallinan. She is survived by: her husband Barry Kane; her children, Timothy Kane of Culpeper, VA, Lisa Gardner (Brian) of Ashburn, VA and Amanda Kane (Eric Oyan) of Washington, DC; and her grandchildren, Xavier Kane, Sathara Kane, Molly Gardner and Finn Gardner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Wallace Chapel (612 S Norwood St, Wallace, NC 28466). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Transfiguration Catholic Church (510 E Main St, Wallace, NC 28466). A reception was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the River Landing Clubhouse (120 Clubhouse Dr, Wallace, NC 28466).
