She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Teachey and Ivey Evelyn Cook Teachey; her husband James Seaborn Blair; and her brother Roscoe Gordon Teachey. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ivey Blair MD, James Seaborn Blair III and Mott Parks Blair IV, MD (Jennifer) of Wallace; and her grandchildren, Daniel Brooks Gunn of Wallace, Margaret Teachey Blair of Wallace, Anna Elizabeth Blair of Hampstead, Katherine Blakeney Blair (Austin Benson) of Jacksonville, James Seaborn Blair IV of Surf City, Cecilia Elizabeth Blair of Wilmington, Ivey Catherine Blair of Durham and Mott Parks Blair V of Wallace.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Nature Conservancy in memory of Mrs. Blair.
