With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Earle Usher of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Thomas and Mary Patricia Parker Blanton; and her sister Annie Catherine Blanton. She is survived by: her husband Earl Usher; her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Brown (Jerrell) of Wallace and Everrett Parker "Pete" Blanton (Betty) of Wallace; her nieces, Shannon B. Fisher (Tim) of Winter Park and Jennifer B Hirata (Tak) of Advance; her great-nephews, Zachary Hirata and Alex Hirata; and her friend Edna Earle.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial gifts be sent to Island Creek Baptist Church, 237 Pasture Branch Rd, Rose Hill, NC 28458.
