He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Van Buren and Edna Evelyn Hatcher Watkins; and his siblings, Mary Evelyn Watkins and Kilby Woodrow Watkins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Owens Watkins; his children, Carol W. Kelley (Maurice), Christopher Dale Watkins (Kelly) and Clarissa Lynn Watkins; his grandchildren, Briley Kelley, Brianna Kelley, Brailan Kelley, Dustin Watkins and Layton Watkins; his sisters-in-law, Betty Brown (Dan) and Melva Rochelle; and his friend Hollywood. He is also survived by granddog, "Abby" and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
