Moore; and his girlfriend Susan Basden (Marilyn K. Moore). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and endless friends.

“I received Mrs Ernestine's card informing me of Charles' passing. I had no idea. Bracey and I (Delana Gray) are from Kinston and my brother, Alan Randall Gray, was a long time resident there at Moore's family Care. The Moores were good to my Brother while in their care. We are sorry for your loss. Mrs. Ernestine had told us that he was really sick. My prayers, my love and hugs go with your family. I know it is a sad time for you all. Charles was a good person and a pleasure to work with.”
