It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Watkins of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Best; and her sister Kelly Stewart. She is survived by: her father Bobby Best; her son James Henderson, Jr.; her husband Mike Watkins; her sisters, Susie Smith and Bobbie Lynn Torgeson (Matt); her stepchildren, Paige Hales (Tyler) and Hayden Watkins; her stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn Rose Hales and Parker Lee Hales; and her nieces and nephews, Samantha Cook, Rachel Smith, Alexis Lacock, Abigail Lacock, Sara Torgeson, Lauralynn Torgeson, Madilyn Grady, Cameron Grady, Dane Stewart and Jacob Stewart. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
