It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bloodworth of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Horrell and Fannie Tedder Horrell; her husband Jack Bloodworth; her children, Jack Bloodworth, Jr. and Becky Ashire; and her siblings, Mary Jane McArhur, Victor "Vickie" Miller, Frances Smith, Bill Horrell, Shelby Castleberry, Jackie Horne and Alfred Horne.

She is survived by: her siblings, Alice Bonham, Barbara Green, Elvin Horrell and Brenda Pounds (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
