He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Webster Westmoreland and Frances Snow Westmoreland; his brother Mike; and his great-niece Gracie. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Alice Becky Westmoreland; his nephews, Ryan (Allison) and Neil (Emily); and his great-nephews, Wyatt and Walker.
Until COVID struck in 2020, Wiley had become known as the front door greater at the nursing facility, and made lots of new friends while there.
