He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Donald Choplin and Carolyn Faye Caldwell Choplin; and his stepmother Ida P. Choplin. He is survived by: his daughter Krista Wagoner (Scott); his grandchildren, Zoe Wagoner and Saylor Wagoner; his great grandchildren, Weston Shough and Novan Shough; and his brothers, Steve Choplin (Angie) and Keith Choplin (Roxann).
