We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 95, Sarah Weavil Welch of Walkertown, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Oscar Welch; her parents, Daniel Levi and Doris Woods Weavil; and her siblings, Harold Weavil, Margaret Pruitt (Claude) and Frances Long (EJ).

She is survived by: her daughter Donna Welch Wilson (David "Corky") of Toano, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Love's United Methodist Church P.O. Box 8, Walkertown, NC 27051; Mount Vernon United Methodist Church, 7801 Church Lane, Toano, Virginia 23168; or an animal rescue of your choosing.
