She was predeceased by: her parents, George Otis and Minnie Snow Aycoth; and her sister Marlyn Cornatzer. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Moore Butler (Chad); her siblings, Peggy Smith (Nathan) and Hermon Aycoth; and her grandchildren, Ethan Butler and Ashlyn Butler.
