She is survived by: her son Henry David Smith, Jr. of Kernersville, NC; her granddaughter Christina Vertefeuille (Scott) of Walkertown, NC; her great grandchild Justin David Vertefeuille; and her sister Josephine Straughn (Bob) of Greensboro, NC..
