It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Marshall of Walkertown, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Drew Mabe and Lonie Mabe; her husbands, Sam Peddycord, Allen Jones and Melvin "Bus" Marshall; her son Ronnie Peddycord; her stepsons, Steve Jones and Jimmy Jones; her granddaughter Tina May; her great grandchild Austin May; and her brothers, Guindolyn, Cletus of Denson, J. T. and Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Peddycord and Terry Peddycord (Helen); and her grandchildren, Gwenda Hooker (David), Angie May (Mike), Gerry Peddycord, Sammy Peddycord (Addie) and Stephanie Jones Kissinger (Curtis). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson.
