She is survived by: her husband Bernard Ray Burgess; her children, Sheryl Burgess Shoaf (Rodney) and Mark Todd Burgess (Elisha); her grandchildren, Stephen, Ashley, Katelynn and Carrie; her brother Michael Hauser; her nephew Byron; and her niece Bryn.
