She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd C. Anderson and Maybell D. Anderson; her husband Samuel L. Rash; and her brother David C. Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Belinda R. Myer of Winston Salem, Samuel Paul Rash (Tonya) of Winston Salem, John David Rash (Summer) of Winston Salem, Michell D. Leviner of Walnut Cove and Gerry Atkins (Tony) of Kernersville; and her cousins, Glenda Combs of Winston Salem and Vickie Kiser of Winston Salem. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
